Senada Lozano is a model, real estate agent, IFBB Bikini athlete, and devoted mother of two who believes that courage, discipline, and resilience can transform lives. After making the bold decision to move to Spain with her sons, she is embracing a new chapter focused on family, health, and personal growth while inspiring others to pursue their dreams with confidence.

1. You made the bold decision to move to Spain with your two sons. What inspired this life-changing step, and how has it transformed you?
Moving to Spain with my two sons was one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever made. I was looking for a fresh start and a lifestyle that offers more balance, sunshine, nature, and quality time as a family.

Although we only moved a short time ago, I already feel that this new chapter is opening many doors. I don’t expect transformation to happen overnight, but I believe that stepping out of your comfort zone is where personal growth begins. I’m excited to see how this experience will shape us over time.

Another beautiful aspect of this move is that my mother also lives here, so while we started a new life, we didn’t leave all of our family behind. Having her close gives us support and makes this transition even more special.

For me, this move is about creating new opportunities, embracing change with confidence, and building a life that feels aligned with the future I want for myself and my children.

2. As a model, real estate agent, and IFBB Bikini athlete, how do you balance these demanding careers while maintaining a healthy lifestyle?
Being a mother of two boys is my biggest responsibility and my greatest motivation.

Everything else—my work as a model, real estate agent, and IFBB Bikini athlete—has to fit around that. Of course, balancing these different roles isn’t always easy, but I’ve learned that structure, discipline, and clear priorities make all the difference. I don’t strive for perfection—I focus on consistency and making the best use of my time.

Fitness is the foundation of everything I do. It gives me the energy, focus, and mental strength I need, not only for competitions but also for my work and family life. Staying active and taking care of my health isn’t something I have to do—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and that allows me to show up as the best version of myself.

Our recent move to Spain is also part of that vision. I wanted to create a lifestyle that offers more balance, more time outdoors, and a healthier environment for my children
and myself.

I believe that true success isn’t just about professional achievements—it’s about building a life where career, family, and personal well-being can grow together.

3. Fitness requires discipline and consistency. What motivates you to keep pushing yourself both in sports and in everyday life?
For me, motivation comes and goes—but discipline is what keeps me moving forward.

I’ve learned that you can’t rely on feeling motivated every day. The real progress happens when you continue, even on the days when it’s difficult.

What drives me most is the vision I have for my life and for my two sons. I want to show them that it’s never too late to follow your dreams, embrace change, and work hard for the life you want. Children learn more from what we do than from what we say, and I hope to inspire them by leading through example.

Fitness has taught me patience, resilience, and self-belief. Every workout, every challenge, and every goal achieved reminds me that growth happens one step at a time.

That mindset doesn’t stay in the gym—it influences every area of my life, from my career to motherhood and every new challenge I choose to take on.

At the end of the day, I’m not competing against other people. I’m simply trying to become a little stronger, wiser, and better than I was yesterday. That’s what keeps megoing.

4. Living on Spain’s beautiful Costa Blanca must be inspiring. How has Altea la Vella influenced your lifestyle and personal growth?

Altea la Vella has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My grandparents moved here many years ago, so I grew up spending time in this beautiful place. Some of my happiest childhood memories were made here, and I have always felt a deep sense of peace and belonging whenever I returned.

Now, seeing my own two sons experience that same feeling makes this move even more meaningful. Choosing Altea la Vella wasn’t just about the sunshine or the Mediterranean lifestyle—it was about giving my children the opportunity to grow up in a place that has always felt like a second home to me.

Although we’ve only recently made the move, I already know that this environment reflects the kind of life I want to build: one that values family, health, nature, and a slower, more intentional way of living.

For me, coming to Altea la Vella isn’t simply starting over—it’s coming home in a new way, while creating new memories for the next generation.

5. What message would you like to share with women who dream of building a new life, pursuing their passions, and believing in themselves?

I want every woman to know that it’s never too late to create the life you truly want. You don’t have to have everything figured out before taking the first step.

Growth happens along the way, not before the journey begins.
There will always be reasons to wait, doubts to overcome, and moments of uncertainty. But if you believe in yourself, stay committed to your goals, and are willing to work for them, incredible opportunities can unfold.

For me, the most important lesson has been to stop living according to other people’s expectations and start trusting my own intuition. Every decision I’ve made—from becoming an athlete to building my career and moving to Spain with my two sons—began with the courage to believe that a different life was possible.

My message is simple: Don’t be afraid to start over. Believe in your strength, embrace change, and remember that the life you’re dreaming of is often waiting just outside your comfort zone.

And if my journey inspires even one woman to believe in herself or to take that first step toward the life she’s dreaming of, then sharing my story has been worth it.
