“I believe beauty begins with the relationship you have with yourself. I try to take care of my skin, rest properly, maintain habits that make me feel good, and protect my mental and emotional energy. Before shootings or events, I like to prepare slowly and intentionally — listening to music, staying hydrated, and putting myself into a calm and confident mindset.”

“To me, a powerful woman is someone who truly knows herself, respects herself, and isn’t afraid to embrace who she is. Confidence doesn’t mean feeling perfect all the time; it means learning to love yourself even in your most vulnerable moments.
