Elena, there’s an ocean of passion in your gaze. Tell us about yourself. Is Solomatkina your maiden name?
Yes, that’s also my birth name, that is, my father’s name. I feel very connected to him and also use his name energetically for his support. Maybe not everyone understands that, but it’s enough for me that it affects me.
What place does fashion occupy in your life?
I’m an absolute fashion lover, that’s probably because my grandmother was a designer and seamstress. I still remember my childhood when I would sit next to her for hours and watch her sew. She also sewed clothes for me. My girlfriends at the time admired my beautiful clothes. So it’s still stayed with me, I don’t feel good when I’m dressed badly.

Let’s talk about painting. What technique do you work in? Where can I see your work?
After studying business administration, I worked as a real estate agent. I still deal with real estate today, but spend much less time on it. One day I just realized that I was missing the art in my life. I paint abstract paintings with acrylics as a hobby and occasionally sell them when I have a specific request. But for the time being, it will remain my hobby. I’m currently concentrating on other things.

You are a very versatile person. Tell us about your hobbies such as dancing and singing. Which are your favorite composers?
My hobbies are dancing and singing. I have a dance routine that I do every morning at home and I’ve been taking singing lessons from a singer for some time. At the moment, singing is a lot of fun for me. Sometimes I daydream in front of a mirror and see myself singing on stage. That’s one direction for me to grow in because I’ve never sung in front of an audience. I feel I want to develop my soul in this direction. It sounds very spiritual.
I’m very spiritual, that’s a part of my life. That’s why I attend countless workshops to keep growing and developing. By the way, everyone should do that. The next seminar is already booked. I’m traveling to Austria with Tom Mögele and doing my expert training there. I’m really looking forward to it. I was already with him in India in 2019. That was indescribable

How do you spend your free time? What are your favorite travel destinations?
There are several places on the planet where I can let my soul roam free. But only one where I also feel at home. This is the French Riviera. I love to be in Cap d’Ail or in Saint Tropez. And, preferably, with my son.
